WARRANTY REPAIRS

If you have trouble with your ice machine, we have an easy trouble-shooting guide for you to follow. If a part is identified as faulty, we will have this dispatched to you on next day delivery. Any parts identified as replaceable won’t need a specialised engineer as they are simple to remove and replace. Following our trouble-shooting guide, we will be able to have you back up and running with a minimal delay.

If your issue cannot be resolved by phone support, we will arrange a replacement* ice machine for you within 5 working days. This warranty is in place for 24-months, quibble free (providing you have followed the trouble -shooting guide).
