Can I Return My Machine? What’s Your Returns Policy?

Yes you can. If you wish to return your machine, please do so within 14-days of receiving your order for a full refund, exchange, or credit note. If your order consists of multiple items, the 14 day period begins when you receive your last batch of goods. It is imperative that the goods you return are still in their original packaging and still in a resellable condition. You will be liable for the cost of return unless the reason for your return is due to faulty goods. For orders which have been damaged in transit please inform us within 48 hours of delivery. For any orders deemed to be faulty, please inform us within 7 days of receiving the items. All refunds will be made within 30 days of ICE4 receiving and checking the returned item(s).
